The DWLR would like to extend a hearty welcome to our new Legal Editor,
David F. O'Brien, Esq. For many DWLR readers, Mr. O'Brien's is a
familiar name as he is both a former and now current member of the DWLR
team, having left us to attend law school at Case Western Reserve, where
he served as the Symposium Editor for the Case Western Reserve Journal
of International Law. Upon his graduation, Mr. O'Brien has returned to
our area and will serve as our new Legal Editor. He can be reached at
firstname.lastname@example.org and welcomes submissions of court opinions that should
be covered in our pages.

For some DWLR readers, Mr. O’Brien’s might be a recognizable name as he is a former, and once again current, employee of the DWLR who left us to attend law school at Case Western Reserve where he served as the Symposium Editor for the Case Western Reserve Journal of International Law. Upon his graduation, Mr. O’Brien has returned to our area and will be acting as our Assistant Legal Editor, contributing to our pages on a weekly basis.
On April 30, 2012 The Horizon Interactive Awards, a leading
international interactive media awards competition, announced the 2011
award winners to highlight this year’s “best of the best” in interactive
media. Substance 151 is excited to announce that the website they've created for The Daily Washington Law Reporter website
received a silver award in the Business to Business category, competing
