Privacy Policy and User Restrictions

The Daily Washington Law Reporter Co. (“DWLR”) is dedicated to protecting the privacy of its users, and we have created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our commitment to the privacy of personally identifiable information.

Our registration form asks users for contact information (such as name and e-mail address) and demographic information (such as mailing address and zip code). We use the information from these forms to send the website users information about our company and to contact them when necessary. We do not sell, give, trade, or exchange your information to any other company or entity for any purpose.

This site contains links to other sites. DWLR is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any other web sites.

Each online only and combination subscription has one log in associated with that subscription. That log in can be shared within the office that subscribes to the DWLR. However, each log in can only be used by one person at a time. If we feel that access to our website is being abused, we will restrict it.

Sharing log in information with those outside of the subscribing firm or organization (i.e. clients, vendors, associations, etc.) is prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation of your online account.

Print copies of an edition, or its .pdf version of that copy, can be shared physically or via email. We ask that photocopies of print editions, in whole or part, not be made without our prior approval if they are to be distributed in any way. If you are making a photocopy for your files then we would have no problem with that. At any time we can restrict access to our website if we feel that access is being abused.

We reserve the right to change this policy at any time without advance notice. However, if we do change this policy, the new policy will not go into effect until it is posted on this website.
